The question was:

“Please say honestly, what are your views on the shortage of
food in the rest of the world.”

The result was disastrous:
– The Northern Europeans do not understand what is “shortage”.
– The Africans did not know what was “food”.
– The Spanish did not know the meaning of “please”.
– The North Americans asked the meaning of “the rest of the World”.
– The Cuban asked for further explanation on “opinion”.
– The Portuguese Parliament is still debating which means “say
honestly”…
